Features:
The design of this machine perfectly combines the technology of cutting small square skin grafts and expanding reticular skin grafts into the same machine. The width of skin grafts being treated can reach nearly twice of traditional machines. The length can actually be unlimited.
1. We suggest autoclave sterilization or low-temperature plasma sterilization.
2. The warranty period is one year. After a year, a certain amount of maintenance fees will be paid each year for a continuous warranty.

Cleaning and Maintenance Guidance
1. Preparation before use:
Before clinical use of skin graft mesher, the whole machine and skin graft carriers should be wrapped with gauze, then put into an autoclave case, tighten the cover completely. Send them together to the sterilization room for sterilization. Please choose pre-vacuum and gravity displacement steam sterilization or low-temperature plasma sterilization, after autoclave sterilization, the set dry cooling time is at least 8 minutes.
2. Cleaning after use:
After the machine is used, wash away the scraps on the roller with a soft brush or gauze; Finally, the roller should be wiped clean with oil gauze or blown to dry with an air gun, water stains can not be retained on the roller.
Depending on the detailed situation, the whole machine need not be scoured, it just needs to be wiped with oil gauze.
The whole machine should be stored in a dry environment.
( Note: the whole machine should be cleaned and wiped with distilled water(pure water)or alcohol, oil gauze, do not allow the operator to use normal saline or iron brush to wash it!)
3. Storage:
The cleaned whole machine should be stored in a dry and ventilated place at room temperature, and it should be placed in an autoclave case or machine box.

1.This device can only be used by a trained or professional surgeon.
2.In order to ensure the accuracy of the expansion/cutting roller, please replace it every 1000 times.
3.The blades are very sharp, avoid contact with hands directly.
4. Please just use our company's carriers, otherwise, it will damage the expansion/cutting rollers.
Safety precautions:
1.Select proper expansion/cutting roller according to specifications.
2.After using the machine, the expansion/cutting roller should be removed incorrect way.
3.Dispose the carrier according to disposable medical product regulations.  
4.The machine must not be soaked in saline solution.
