Usage Method

1, Use the ESR tube (with 3.8% sodium citrate diluents) to collect a sum of blood samples before the test mix the blood and additives completely and timely, place pipette with a tube in an ESR rack which is at horizontal position. 

2, Put the ESR pipette into the ESR tube vertically, the leak-proof tube ensure the blood can rise along the ESR pipette reach to the "0" graduation accurately, stop the operation.  

Attention: Ensure the accuracy of graduation, must guarantee the ESR pipette touch the bottom of the ESR tube, the ESR pipette should keep the vertical situation on the ESR rack.

3, Keep upright standing for one hour, observe the blood height in the ESR pipette, the red blood cells fall is measured and reported in mm/h.

4, Do the protection and ensure safety during the operation process, keep well about the blood sample and consumables after the test. Avoid pollution to the human and environment.
