3. Operation instructions:
Four-step palpation training: First, the fetal inner liner was placed in the abdominal and pelvic model, and then the fetus with amniotic sac was placed. With rubber handball, the fetal amniotic sac was inflated, and finally the abdominal wall fat pad and abdominal skin were covered. This allows for fetal training with abdominal palpation.
Anal and vaginal examination and training skills: The fontanelle of the fetus can be distinguished, and the fetal position as well as the corresponding positional relationship between the fetal head and the plane of sciatic spine can be determined. Determine the type of fetus, fetal exposure and fetal orientation. Such as longitudinal delivery, cephalic presentation, left anterior occipital delivery, etc. The fetal head lowering operation pads can be respectively inserted into the fundus of uterus to demonstrate the degree of fetal head lowering.
Pelvic measurement training: Pelvis is the necessary passage for fetal delivery, and its size, shape, and the length of each diameter line are directly related to the smooth delivery. Methods for clinical measurement of the pelvis include extrapelvic measurements and intrapelvic measurements. External pelvic measurement can indirectly reflect the size and morphology of the pelvis, while internal pelvic measurement can directly reflect the size and morphology of the pelvis, and thereby determine whether the head and pelvis are commensurate, and further determine whether the fetus can deliver through vagina.
4. Maintenance and warranty
Keep the model clean. After the operation training, wipe the model clean. If the model is not in use for a long time, it should be boxed and stored in a cool and dry place.
