Performance characteristics
1. The rubber roller produced using new technology ensures synchronous rotation speed of all cultivation bottles;
2. Adopting high-quality stepper motors and related control instruments, achieving instrument speed regulation and ensuring accurate and stable speed;
3. Adopting a 7-inch touch screen, it directly displays the rotation speed of the cultivation bottle, with a wide range of speed adjustments and high accuracy. In addition, the program has a built-in forward and reverse function, which can set the forward and reverse time, as well as the stop interval time;
4. Adopting oil-free bearings to avoid work pollution;
5. Stainless steel integral (or assembled) frame is optional, making the entire machine easy to wash, disinfect, move, and brake. Assembled products, users can assemble them into different specifications according to their needs;
6. The inner liner is made of stainless steel material, and the outer shell is made of cold-rolled plate and electrostatically sprayed with plastic (it can also be made of all stainless steel)
7. Using imported infrared carbon dioxide sensors, concentration control sampling speed and slow charging control can minimize the noise caused by switching the solenoid valve, with high control accuracy. The touchscreen panel can minimize the loss of CO2 gas as much as possible.
8. The humanized bottle-blocking wheel design has a limit function and is convenient for taking and placing bottles;
9. Built-in power socket, the bottle rolling machine can be directly taken out for easy cleaning in the later stage (optional)
