Using the principle of infinity optical system, through the implementation of Apo lens, high-sensitivity scientific camera and motor automation control, the reading of the fluorescent signal of the supporting dPCR chip is completed. Through the optical uniformity correction algorithm and Poisson distribution principle statistics, the absolute concentration of each target is obtained. The BioDigital Reader S100 is compatible with FAM (Sybr Green), HEX (VIC), ROX and cy5, four-band fluorescence detection channels. Up to 10 weight dPCR reactions can be achieved in one experiment.
