The vibrating disc grinder is suitable for non-destructive crushing and fine grinding of larger particle-size samples. It can quickly prepare samples with analytical grade fineness and purity. Grinding application, support dry grinding, wet grinding, low-temperature grinding, vacuum or inert gas protection grinding; the sample loaded in the grinding disc set is squeezed, bumped and rubbed under the action of high-speed circular motion, which can be completed in 3-5 minutes The size of the sample changes from 15mm to 20 microns, and can fully guarantee the purity of the sample

The vibrating disc type (cup type) grinder works by using the squeeze, impact and friction force generated in the movement, and the grinding kit is fixed on the vibrating base plate by a quick locking device. The vibrating base plate and grinding kit make a circular vibratory motion on the horizontal plane. The abrasive parts located in the grinding cup generate considerable pressure, impact and friction force through this vibrating motion and act on the abrasive, so as to reach the fineness requirement within 1 to 3 minutes; the closed and soundproof grinding chamber is designed with safety The lock can only be opened when the instrument is stationary.
