Product Description
The pulsating vacuum sterilizer uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium. The saturated steam releases a large amount of latent heat when condensing so that the items to be sterilized are in a state of high temperature and humidity. After a period of heat preservation, the purpose of sterilization is achieved. , eliminate the influence of cold air on temperature by means of pulsating vacuum exhaust, vacuum dehumidification combined with jacket drying sterilization items.
It is suitable for high-temperature sterilization and cooling and drying treatment of biological products, medical equipment, sterile clothing, tools, utensils, culture medium and other items in the pharmaceutical, medical, scientific research and other industries.

Equipment structure and characteristics
Sterilizer body:
According to GB150 "Pressure Vessel", GB 8599 "Large Steam Sterilizer Technical Requirements Automatic Control Type" and TSG R0004 "Stationary Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" design, manufacture and inspection regulations.
Horizontal rectangular double-layer structure, the inner tank uses S30408.
The door sealing method is pneumatic sealing, and the double door interlock fully meets the requirements of the specification.
The device has a standard GMP authentication interface.
Sterilizer pipeline system: The pipeline design industry is preferentially configured, and the main accessories are imported and domestic high-quality brands.
Sterilizer control system: Siemens PLC + Siemens touch screen is used to easily realize a series of functions such as program selection, parameter setting, equipment operation, report processing, etc., and complete equipment safety measures. The F0 value and the temperature and time double ensure the sterilization effect, and can also be controlled by a single parameter, with a complete sterilization file record.

The saturated pure steam releases a large amount of latent heat when condensing, so that the items to be sterilized are in a state of high temperature and humidity, and sterilization is achieved after a period of heat preservation. The purpose is to eliminate the influence of cold air on temperature by means of pulsating vacuum exhaust, and finally, vacuum, dehumidify and dry the sterilized items with the jacket. It is suitable for high temperature sterilization operation and cooling and drying treatment of sterile clothing, filling utensils and other items used in 100-level areas and other high-standard occasions in the pharmaceutical, medical, scientific research and other industries.
