1. Humanized design
Large-screen LCD display, multi-group data display on one screen, menu-type operation interface, simple and easy to understand, easy to observe and operate.
It adopts mirror surface stainless steel liner, and the four corners are semi-circular arc transition. The shelf bracket can be freely installed and removed, which is convenient for the cleaning work of the studio.
The left side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 25mm, which can be arbitrarily wired according to the needs of the place.
2. Self-diagnosis function
When the drying box fails, the LCD screen will display a fault message, and the operation fault point is clear at a glance.
3. Multi-segment programmable controller
Microcomputer program controller, time and heating rate, heating and drying test at extremely fast speed.
7 groups of 63-step programmable programs can be preset, 9 steps in each group, and the setting time for each group is 0 to 5999 minutes. The startup and shutdown time can be preset, and the rotation speed of the circulating fan can be adjusted.
Multi-segment programmable control and menu-type operation interface can simplify the complex experimental process and truly realize automatic control and operation.
4. Convenient data processing (optional)
Can be connected to printer, 485 communication interface or USB data transfer interface (U disk), record temperature with computer and printer
and time, providing a strong guarantee for the storage and playback of experimental data.
5. Safety Features
Independent temperature limit alarm system, and sound and light alarm to remind the operator to ensure safe operation without accidents. (optional)
High or low temperature and over-temperature alarm.
