This series of resistance furnaces are cycle-operated, used in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units, and universities for the sintering of metal materials and ceramic materials, the heat treatment of certain single crystals, the detection and research of high-temperature burning shrinkage of refractory materials, and general small steel Used for heating during heat treatment such as quenching, annealing, and tempering.

Features
1. The furnace adopts a full ceramic fiber structure, which is light in weight, small in heat capacity, low in empty furnace loss, and saves more than 70% of energy.
2. The heating speed is fast, and the heating speed can be adjusted. It usually takes 15 to 30 minutes to rise from room temperature to 1000°C.
3. The shell is made of a good cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic processing. The furnace door adopts a side-opening structure, which is flexible to open and close, and has a door-opening power-off device to ensure safe use in all aspects.
4. The control system adopts a high-precision P.I.D intelligent instrument, which has self-tuning, temperature error correction, timing, over-temperature alarm, good temperature control stability, and high precision. The control circuit adopts non-contact, which has the characteristics of no noise and high reliability.
