Detection principle
This product uses rapid immunochromatographic technology to detect canine distemper virus, adenovirus, and canine influenza virus antigens. After adding the diluted sample to the sample hole of the test paper card, if there are CDV, CAV, CIV antigens in the sample, the corresponding test strip will be pre-coated with CDV, CAV or CIV on the corresponding chromatographic membrane Monoclonal antibody captures, forming a wine-red detection line at the stuck T position. If there are no CDV, CAV, CIV antigens in the sample, no visible lines will be formed at the T position. In addition, a C line used to verify the validity of the experiment is also designed in the system. Regardless of negative or positive results, the line should be colored, otherwise, it is judged as an invalid result.
