Measuring principle:

Urease produced by Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in the human stomach can decompose urea [13C] reagent into NH3 and 13CO2. This instrument uses non-divergent red
The principle of external absorption spectroscopy measures the change in the ratio of the content of 13CO2 and 12CO2 in the exhaled air before and after the subject takes the urea [13C] reagent.
