Introduction:
The concentric nebulizer is developed by ICLEAR for ICP and ICP-MS nebulizers. Reagent solution lift:
It can be adjusted by changing different filter tubes. The non-filter tube generally has a self-suction lifting capacity of 2.0ml/min. This lifting amount is only applicable to other elements that require low-temperature atomic emission, and the element for high-temperature atomization should be reduced. Otherwise, too much aerosol enters and the flame temperature decreases, while the interference of other elements increases. If the concentration of the measured element is not particularly low, it is not necessary to measure under the optimal conditions. The maximum diameter filter tube can be used or not. Filter tube. If the nebulizer used is pumped continuously to adjust the lift (note the inner diameter and speed of the pump tube), the measurable elements can find the optimum lift. A filter tube can be replaced between all nebulizers to adjust the amount of lift in self-priming conditions.
Troubleshooting and maintenance
1. The filter tube is clogged, usually at the inlet and replace the filter tube.
2. Remove the connection between the atomizer and the mist chamber (should open the pressure bar of the peristaltic pump at the same time, so that the distilled water is the same as the atmosphere between the nozzles), and repeatedly press and hold the nozzle back pressure several times in a ventilated state. When there is a bubble in the distilled water, it is generally possible to flush out the blockage in the filter tube.
3. The inner tube of the nebulizer is clogged (rarely): it is blocked near the spout, and the water is flushed with high pressure gas or a syringe to flush out the blockage. Never use a wire smash, otherwise the atomizer will be damaged.
4. The nozzle air flow channel is blocked: flush with reverse airflow or water, or flush with syringe.
5. The inner tube or air flow channel of the nozzle is blocked by organic matter, accumulated dust or dried salt. The atomizer can be bubbled in the acetone solution alone, or half of the fumes of sulfuric acid-potassium dichromate can be dropped into the nozzle. The solution should be treated as follows if it is used for ten minutes or more than half a year or if the flow rate is reduced.
6. Ultrasonic cleaning can be used.
